Welcome to Aves Construction Corporation

Aves Construction Corporation is one of the most efficient leading utility construction companies in the Washington, D.C. Metro area. We provide construction services to various government agencies and commercial clients in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Our mission is to help meet our customers’ and clients’ goals with utmost care and dedication.

Aves Construction started serving just Maryland in 2013, and expanded our operations to Washington, D.C. in 2015 to better meet the needs of our customers. After seeing great success, we further expanded our operations to include Virginia in 2018. What began as one construction crew with five employees has grown to encompass eight different crews and over 50 people.

Aves Construction excels in a wide range of competencies, including water and sewer main installation, storm drainpipes and structure installation, stream restoration and stabilization, water house connections, meter vault installation, bioretention ponds, communication and electric duct banks, among other construction competencies.

With an impressive portfolio, Aves Construction has worked with esteemed entities like The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), The National Park Service (NPS), Virginia DOT (VDOT), Maryland State Highway Administration (MD SHA), Fairfax County, Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, DC Water and Sewer Authority (DCWASA), and Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC).

Aves Construction is led by its Principal, Mr. Anish Senan, who has served as the Project Manager for the prestigious FHWA project, rehabilitating Memorial Ave and Memorial Circle. We also have experienced site supervisors and foremen who have been remarkably successful in achieving individual project goals within time and budget.
