Mr. Stan Heidmann is a C-level executive with over 20 years of senior leadership experience spanning Fortune 15 companies to SMBs. He loves the challenges of restorative leadership, identifying and resolving seemingly unsolvable problems, building a vision, strategy, and culture that will deliver performance growth, and developing diverse, high-performance teams.
Mr. Heidmann’s areas of expertise include strategic planning and budgeting, culture development and change management, digital and business transformation, employee learning and development, and team leadership and performance growth.
As the CEO of Aves Construction, he regularly works with boards of directors, bankers, lawyers, industry leaders and executive teams across a multitude of industries, although most of his career has been with manufacturing and distribution companies.
